1. Is SOFABLE an AUTHORIZED E- COMMERCE for all the brands on the site?
Yes, we have been authorized E-COMMERCE MARKETPLACE by the brand represented. All the products that you will find on our website come straight from the original manufacturer's factory.
2 . How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product/s you want to buy, add it/them to your cart and go to checkout.
3 . Can I pay by check?
You can either pay by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Master). Click here to learn more.
4 . Which are the shipping costs?
Shipment is Completly FREE!
5 . How much will the duties and taxes be for my International delivery?
Each country has its own percentage rate; this information can be found at your local customs office. You are solely responsible for paying these fees. You can send an e mail to have a quotation for the white gloves delivery ( from the factory to your home all included).
6 . The items I have added to my basket have various sizes and weights. Could I ask for different kinds of transportation for delivery purposes?
Yes. If you have ordered some items of various sizes, you can choose to ship the larger ones by sea cargo (recommended choice) and the smaller ones by air (faster choice). To do so, you can proceed with two different orders or write to our customer service to email@example.com call +39.0573.400910.
7 . How often is SOFABLE.COM updated?
Every day our young and experienced employees select for you a variety of new products and to offer you the opportunity to choose among the latest and the best Italian and international design items.
8 . How quickly will I receive my ordered items?
Shipment is Completly FREE!
The products are generally sent within 8 weeks of receipt of payment and are shipped by our Sofable courier, delivery time 8-10 days.
9 . Can I request a special quote to furnish an entire room?

10 . Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed, so it should be cancelled within 24 hours. However, our customers can return the ordered items within 14 days of receipt, as our return policy states.
11 . Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. You can choose to be refunded, change the item or receive a gift card to be spent within one year in our e-shop or at one of our showrooms.
12 . I was handed a defective product, what should I do?

13 . Do you offer white-glove service?

14 . Can I order a product that I have found on the brands web site but not on Sofable.com?
Yes, we can provide all the products by our partner brands that you can find on their web sites.
15 . Can I make a gift through the online shop?
If you want to deliver a gift to someone, Sofable will think about everything. Before completing your order you will be asked to state whether it is a gift. You will just need to write the delivery address by selecting "alternative delivery " and you can also add a special message for the recipient. We will deliver your gift in the estimated delivery time, with its gift box and the card with your message. If you want to make an innovative gift, choose our digital gift card.
