Pelè

The Pelè armchair is an iconic armchair of our company. A product designed by Giulio Mantellassi as an industrial reinterpretation of the famous Egg chair from the 1950s.

Pelè, a tribute to the great world famous football player, is made with the same processing techniques used for the ancient soccer balls. Crust leather, natural tanned, hand-stitched and antiqued made according to the techniques of the ancient Tuscan leather masters.

The structure rests on a hand-etched steel base with a rotating, harmonious oscillating mechanism.

Each Pelè armchair is unique and owning it is an emotion destined to last over time.
